    Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Auto Redeem


    So the last two months or so I've been trying to used the Auto Redeem feature for Game Pass Ultimate on the Rewards only to receive this message stating "Couldn't process your sign up request". My Game Pass Ultimate expires next month when will this issue be fixed or even addressed???

    My Ultimate Game Pass is on auto redeem for subscription, but it just charged my card. Anyone else have this problem?

    I mean that it is on auto redeem for a free month using points. When you go to Microsoft Rewards on the Xbox and click redeem, it gives you an option to auto redeem the the Ultimate game pass for 10,500 points

    I’m trying to switch from the 10$ gift card to GPU pass ultimate on Xbox app however it doesn’t give me the option of manage.

    Wait but why there’s the auto redeem option on rewards? I have my credit card on file! I’m just trying to switch my auto redeem from the 10$ gift card to the GAME PASS ULTIMATE that’s all!

    Why isn't my Auto-Redeem working?

    Still having issues here, just emailed support so we'll see if anything comes of it. There is an option in the Rewards App on Console that shows Game Pass Ultimate One Month Auto Redeem for 10,500 points. My October Goal and November Goals were both met but I cancelled my Auto Redeem as it never gave me access to Game Pass Ultimate.

    I've been having the same problem with the Game Pass Ultimate Auto-redeem. I got the points difference between manual and auto redeem refunded when it didn't work in May, but now it messed up again for June.
