Xbox game pass ultimate and my bank conflicting payment

What should I do?

My subscription usually goes out on the 2nd but I had a few bills to pay and I finally had enough money in my bank account for the payment to go out on the 13th this month. The thing is my bank shows the statement clear as that it is for Microsoft ultimate and yet my Microsoft and Xbox account both show that my subscription hasn't been paid and shows the status as PAYMENT LATE.

Do I have to pay them again and then request a refund or what, I mean my bank shows the payment but Microsoft doesn't show it anywhere at all

Make sure the region on the support website is set to your correct region in order not to find issues with the steps.

I’ve managed it to get to accept the code but it’s just froze at the same screen. Just after it says about converting my gold to game pass ultimate. I’m on the screen where it says

My name and bank details

CANCEL CONFIRM

Ive hit confirm and the screen freezes and if switch console on and off the Game Pass has not been confirmed

Thank you for the reply. I have checked both of these and they are both set up correctly. Payment has come out of my bank and game pass ultimate is showing on the 2 links you have posted above. Any other ideas?

My payment with PayPal had something to do with my bank account it would not connect with PayPal. I'd tried solving it but without good results.
