Just a friendly reminder though that there are multiple reports in regards to the same issue regarding EA Play, Ubisoft, or Riot not recognizing our Game Pass subscription. However, there are no official announcement yet from Microsoft.

Thanks for responding. I have the app and it works great on Steam with DCS, etc. Apparently it's not being recognized via PC game pass due to the inability to recognize the .exe games as this needs to be inputted into OpenTrack in order for it to recognize the game.

I'm aware of the .exe files being hidden in windowsapps even though I am the administrator.

Is there a method for OpenTrack to recognize PC game pass games such as Microsoft Flight Simulator, Forza Horizon 5, etc in order to determine if an IR head tracker is even supported?

I am having the exact same issue! Just renewed and upgraded to XBox Game Pass Ultimate, the phone app works fine, hell I can even use Cloud play. But on my PC, the XBox App doe not recognize my Game Pass subscription. I hope we will be reimbursed for the
lost time once the issue is fixed.

From my own personal experience I have learned that an ultimate subscription works differently on PC compared to Xbox. I'm not sure if you both are paying for ultimate but on PC only the account paying for the subscription gets to use the subscription. For example if I am paying for a ultimate subscription and have two accounts only the account paying for the subscription will be recognized as being a Game pass Ultimate Subscriber, the second account will just be seen as a regular user without a subscription.

1. The PC would need to have a PC Game Pass or a Game Pass Ultimate subscription. For the consoles, only one Game Pass subscription is needed. The account that has Game Pass will use the primary Xbox but will sign in on the second console and set it as the home Xbox. Then, the account that plays on the second console will also have the benefits of Game Pass without being subscribed to it.

2. Yes, all games will be recognized by the second account. If this would be the console set as the home Xbox for the account that is subscribed to Game Pass, even the account that does not have Game Pass will be able to play the games previously downloaded.
