Xbox Game Pass Subscription (PC) Not Active

Hi Patrick.

Are you logged in with an account with an active Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or Xbox Game Pass for PC subscription ?

I used to have a Xbox Game Pass for PC (Beta) subscription active on this account from a 3 months Xbox Game Pass for PC (Beta) code i got from discord nitro. This now appears under Canceled subscriptions as Expired on 2/28/2020.

This month i bought a XBOX one X and activated an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate 1 month key which should overwrite the old Xbox Game Pass for PC (Beta) one since it also includes it.

Update: I am seeing a Your Xbox Game Pass for PC (Beta) subscription has expired. message when entering the Services & subscriptions page on my microsoft account. It also has the RENEW option, which is completely pointless since i have the Xbox Game Pass
Ultimate acctive.

I just want to clarify, you are referring to Xbox Game Pass for PC, is that correct?

Try to confirm if you have an active Xbox Game Pass for PC or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate by signing your account on account.microsoft.com > services and subscription.

Note: Both subscriptions mentioned above are the only subscriptions that will work on Windows PC.

If you have confirmed that you have the active subscription, kindly try to sign out to your account on:

account.xbox.com
account.microsoft.com
Microsoft Store
Xbox app

Then re-sign in using the Microsoft account that has the active Xbox subscription then try to install any games from the game pass library to see if it works.

Kindly confirm the status of your Xbox Game Pass by signing into your account on the account.microsoft.com > services and subscription.

Note: The only subscription types that will work on Windows PC are Xbox Game Pass for PC and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. If you see that your subscription is Game Pass for console or Game Pass Core, I'm afraid this will not work on the Xbox app PC instead these are for Xbox consoles only.

If you have confirmed that you have an active Xbox Game Pass for PC or Ultimate, please sign out of your account on the following:

account.xbox.com
account.microsoft.com
Xbox app
Microsoft Store

Then re-sign in again on the above using the account where the subscription is active and try to install a game from the game pass library to see if it works.

Thanks for coming to the forums. When you have an active Ultimate game pass subscription, any code redeemed converts to Ultimate subscription. In this case 12 months of Xbox live gold convert to 4 months of Ultimate game pass. The ultimate game pass subscription
is three subscriptions in one, Xbox live gold, Game pass for console, and Game pass for PC. Here is the
