Xbox game pass subscription not working

Sharing works only for the Gold subscription and games downloaded but not the Xbox game pass / ultimate pass… Sorry

Xbox Game Pass only works on Xbox one. You can not use any xbox 360 games in game pass on an xbox 360.

I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your Xbox Game Pass subscription.

Kindly confirm the status of your Xbox Game Pass by signing into your account on the account.microsoft.com > services and subscription.

Note: The only subscription types that will work on Windows PC are Xbox Game Pass for PC and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. If you see that your subscription is Game Pass for console or Game Pass Core, I'm afraid this will not work on the Xbox app PC instead these are for Xbox consoles only.

If you have confirmed that you have an active Xbox Game Pass for PC or Ultimate, please sign out of your account on the following:

account.xbox.com
account.microsoft.com
Xbox app
Microsoft Store

Then re-sign in again on the above using the account where the subscription is active and try to install a game from the game pass library to see if it works.

Oh, I see. I am afraid game pass for console does not work on PC. The game is indeed play-anywhere but since your subscription is only for console, it will only work on console. If you'll get game pass Ultimate, you'll be able to play FH5 both on Xbox and PC since the subscription includes game pass for Xbox & PC, Xbox Live, and EA play.

Game Pass subscriptions are available for use on Xbox One and PC.
Xbox Game Pass Ultimate works on both console and PC, and also comes with Xbox Live Gold membership.
