    Xbox Game Pass subscription not showing up


    As the title says my xbox game pass subscription isn't showing so I can't cancel it and I got charged anyway. I'm trying to get a refund and to find a solution

    I just can't buy game pass, but it charges me money

    First off, are you trying to purchase Game Pass and play the games on an Xbox One or Windows PC?

    Are you getting any error codes?

    Also, does the Game Pass Subscription show up under the Subscriptions section on the following site?

    https://account.microsoft.com/services/

    For example, mine shows Game Pass Ultimate, and it: "Expires on 3/12/2022." Plus, it shows how much and when I was last charged.

    Its the same Account on my XBox and on here. The Subscription doesnt show up there too. Does my Subscription stop when i purchase xbox game pass ultimate? Maybe thats why its gone cause my XBox game pass ultimate just expired

    Why can't I play games online? Even though I have ultimate game pass which includes Xbox live?

    For the Xbox Game Pass just to clarify, is it showing as active and does it show on your end if it is the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, or is it a different one?

    The one that has Xbox live should be the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate just in case a different subscription is showing.

    Console 1

    Has my profile, set to Home Console, and Son 1 profile. My profile shows in subscriptions the Gold Pass, yet says i need to purchase a game pass.

    Son 1 profile shows no subscriptions

    Console 2

    Has my profile and Son 2 profile. My profile shows in su scriptions the Gold Pass, and says I need to purchase a game pass.

    However in son 2 profile it shows under subscriptions the Ultimate Game Pass.

    How did they end up on different profiles?

    What is going on 😭
