    Xbox Game Pass subscription not showing up so i cant cancel it


    So i want to cancel my Xbox game pass subscription but as the title says no subscriptions are showing up in the Subscription and Billing tab on Microsoft.com. If anyone else knows where it might be then please reply

    If it's not showing on the billing site, then it would be under someone else's account. If you're sure you bought it on your account, then you'd want to contact support and speak to billing. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    I did try that but the only one i was able to contact was their bot and that didnt help at all

    If you don't see the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

    Xbox game pass cancels my xbox live when i buy either one

    Game pass ultimate includes gold and the game pass subscription so if you have the gold and purchase the ultimate subscription it will cancel the gold subscription and put it in with the ultimate. The Gold subscription will show as being cancelled in your
    subscriptions.
