Xbox game pass subscription is stuck.

Hi,

For some unknow reason my recuring payement is stuck since the 10th of May. I have money on my bank account so there is no reason for it to not go through.

I would love to gain acces again to my game library again.

sometimes the Game Pass tags get stuck and are not removed when you cancel your subscription, reinstalling the game usually fixes this. They are correct that in order to play the game you needed at least a Game Pass Cpre subscription as it is entirely online

Based on your edited post from above, is your Xbox game pass sharing still stuck in loading?

Also, despite the endless loop, does the Xbox game pass subscription works on your accounts?

You can't convert your membership back to normal gold. You are stuck with game pass ultimate until your subscription expires.

I went there, thats how I ended up here. It was the only contact option I could find.

Still here.... Still needing help other than referring me back where I came from that the only contact info I could find was to come here....
