xbox game pass signature

Well I bought a store called American stores here in Brazil but the problem is in the xbox because when I rescued it it seemed that it had worked but at the time I went to install a game could not install
because it said that I needed to buy or that I had to have an xbox game pass, even after having rescued, and it did not work, I tried to rescue it again and it was already rescued and it was only refused after I try once after nothing worked

it has absolutely nothing to it but my xbox live gold that I bought semanda passed that yes it worked already the xbox game pass not and there is nothing about it xbox game pass and when I have to redeem
again it does not work and yes I am in the account that I rescued the xbox game pass because I only have one

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. First try and
power cycle the console. Once it is back on go to settings>account>subscriptions and see if the game pass is active there. If it is you will need to request a call from support.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
  
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select request call from support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

You can check your subscriptions in your Microsoft Account page on the subscriptions and services tab. Also are you signed into the same account that you used to redeem the code?
