Xbox Game pass Rewards Program problem

I completed October's Game Pass goals and as well as November's. I did receive the $5 Mystery gift and a 1 month of Xbox Live. Still waiting on the other Ultimate Mystery Gift for October. I have contacted Xbox Live support and spoke with a customer
service agent. My reference number is: 1403517807.

I Redeemed points for a 1-Month Code for the Xbox Game Pass and did not get the code.

The Xbox Rewards program is not the same as the Microsoft Rewards program. So if you redeemed Microsoft Rewards points for game pass, you would need to continue trying to work with Microsoft Rewards support. Xbox Rewards support will not be able to assist.

We do not have any offers for a Xbox Game Pass. You may have confused the Xbox Live Rewards program with the Microsoft Rewards program, which is a separate program. You should reach out to their support for assistance via the Microsoft Rewards website.

 

Prizes are given within the following month. If you don't receive the prize by the end of November, you'll need to post in the sales and promotions forum for assistance.

 

Ok, I posted in the wrong section of the forums. The customer agent whom helped me just left me out in the blank as to where to post lol. I see on the following month to make sense. Just waiting on October's Ultimate Mystery Gift still.
