Xbox Game Pass Rewards not being Recieved

I have been having a problem with receiving my Xbox Game Pass rewards for the last two months. Strangely I received both October's and November's first prize, but no prizes after that. I have done the goals and have found no answers to why I wouldn't receive
them in the official rules. I would like to get some clarity so I don't feel left out on the prizes. If someone could help me out that would be great. Thanks.

Missing reward points

I bought 5 games and a season pass last month 2 of the games were included in the summer spotlight wich got me 4k reward points the other 3 games and season pass I have not recieved reward points for wich is priced over £100 I am vip star 5 and a gold member
so should be receiving 10% on the 3 games and season pass but recieved no reward points for them

Hey there,

If you received a prize for both months, that would indicate you received the appropriate prizes. If you completed the three necessary goals, you will receive one random prize in addition to one entry for a chance to win a Samsung
4K TV. Participants won't receive more than one prize for a specific month's quest. Hope this helps clear up the promotions!

Please let us know if there's a detail we may have missed so we can make sure we understood the issue!

I still don't understand. So I can only get one prize per month, even if I complete all the goals that are being asked? If that is so, there is no where in the rules or where it is advertised that explains that clearly enough. Another thing. Why would Xbox
Live only message me for the lowest prize only and not give the opportunity to receive the other prizes when I complete the tasks? For the longest time I did not accept the first prize in hopes of getting the offers of the other prizes that were being offered
for completing the higher goals. My understanding was from seeing and reading the rules is that if was to complete all three tasks that I would have a chance to receive all three prizes and go in for the draw for the bigger prizes for October and November.
I hope that makes sense and I hope that someone can give me an appropriate answer due to the fact that Xbox does not make it clear enough.

Generally the rewards can show up anytime before the end of the month, there's no way to expedite it or know when exactly they will make their way to you. If you're not seeing it by the end of the month, please create a new post
so we can take a closer look.

To add to the advice already noted here, I have done this quest today on the Android version of the Game Pass app.

Once you have downloaded and logged into the Xbox Game Pass app for your device, navigate to Quests and you recieve the tick in the box for visiting the Game Pass App, scroll down to the bottom of that quest on the Game Pass App, and the Claim button should
be highlighted. Press claim and it should be accepted.

You dont actually need to navigate back to claim it through the rewards app, it can all be done in the game pass app itself. It took about 20 minutes after I pressed the claim button for it to reflect in my rewards points balance on the Microsoft Rewards
site and app on xbox.

If your doing the other quests also, the Lego Batman ones as per example, these can also be claimed in the Game Pass app without having to use the rewards one. Might save you a little time swapping apps.
