    Xbox Game Pass Rewards not being Received


    I have been having a problem with receiving my Xbox Game Pass rewards for the last two months. Strangely I received both October's and November's first prize, but no prizes after that. I have done the goals and have found no answers to why I wouldn't receive
    them in the official rules. I would like to get some clarity so I don't feel left out on the prizes. If someone could help me out that would be great. Thanks.

    Completed January Xbox quest, didn't receive prize

    Same. Received my Game Pass quest reward, not the Xbox Live Gold reward though.

    I too am in the same boat. I did receive the $5 credit twice and 1 month of Xbox Live, but missing 2 Ultimate Mystery Gifts. Did you ever contact xbox support and them giving you a reference number? Try to get that so you have some form of proof that
    customer service was contacted. I think the rewards team is so backed up on keeping track of whom gets what.

    Hey there,

    Could you clarify which rewards you are expecting to receive? Each participant of the Game Pass Goals would receive one reward for each month, so if you have already received a reward for October's Game Pass Goals, you would not receive an additional reward.
