Xbox Game pass reward not given

OK so i'm Currently on day 21 of the game pass quest. i received the 5 day reward but haven't received the 15 day reward.

so i contacted Xbox support and was talking to someone called James.

he gave me the link to this and told me to make a post here so i could be looked at manually.

Quest rewards December and resulting rewards

I got my game pass quest reward but not the Xbox live reward. Going to give it until march 1st.

 

Xbox Game Pass

I completed the xbox game pass quest/riddle for January however I have not received my rewards. I was told all the rewards were given out by the end of February .

Additional prizes are not delivered for this quest, instead the value of your main prize goes up with the more goals you complete. If you have already received your prize, you are set for that months quest. Hope this helps clear up the confusion!

 

urm so if thats the case, i should get a a new redeem code then but haven't. i got 1 month of Xbox live for my first reward.

 

If you have already received 1 Month of Xbox Live Gold, it sounds like you are set for that month's quest. Just to clarify, when did you receive that reward, and which specific quest are you posting in regards to? If you are posting
in regards to December quests, those codes have not started sending out yet. December quest rewards will deliver in waves by the end of January.

Well i got my code on 13/12/2017 and have only started the quest in December as i started the quest on December 4th. So the December quest is the only one i have taken part in. I best be getting put into the 24-karat gold-plated Project Scorpio Edition Xbox
One X, its the whole reason I've been doing in this month.........

 

If you received a code in December, that would be for November's quest as those codes started sending out in waves in December. For the December Quest specifically that you are posting for, rewards will begin sending out in waves this month. Since it can
take up to 30 days for codes to send out, please post back at the end of January if you do not receive a reward so we can take a deeper look.

ok, il post back at the end of the month. but i did not use the game pass in November. i brought it for the £1 on black friday but i never used it until the the start of December.

 

It could have also been the Xbox Quest, which is separate from the Game Pass Quest that doesn't require Game Pass. Sounds like you may have knocked out the requirements for that one without knowing it and got rewarded! We'll keep an eye out for an update
from you by the end of the month for the December quest.

 

never heard of any *xbox quest* and never hand anything from such a thing before. so pretty sure thats not the thing
