Xbox game pass, recurring billing problem

I am basically asking if I can get a refund on the xbox game pass.

I had a xbox game pass for 1 month. I noticed the recurring billing thing and I turned it off ( and I thought it will stay like that ). So after the first month ended I thought I would get another one because it was a great deal ( from 10 euro to 1 euro
) . What I didn't took into consideration was that, after I bought the second month, reccuring bill HAS TURNED ITSELF BACK ON. The purchase, from the reccuring billing, was made yesterday. I'm actually really sorry for having to write this complaint but I
just lost 10 euro out of my pocket without even a warning before the transaction could be completed.

Can someone please help ?

fixed it on xbox i had recurring billing turned on after the 3 month game pass ends

i turned off recurring billing and game pass is enabled in subscriptions

now it shows game pass active

you cant keep getting the 1 euro offer either, that is for people who are new to gamepass.

This does not help as have had the problem for 3 months now.
