Xbox game pass quests turned them

• Reward points from daily search: Instant
• Reward points from promotional & dashboard quests: Instant
• Reward points from monthly Game Pass quests: Instant, once turned in
  

If you are redeeming Game Pass reward points for digital codes or gift cards, you should receive an email almost immediately with your code. However, this process may take up to 24 hours depending upon demand.

Be sure to turn in your monthly Game Pass quests:

1. By pressing the Xbox button when you receive the notification of the quest completing.
2. Via your Xbox One console, under the achievements tab.
3. Via the Game Pass mobile app.

Occasionally, completed Game Pass quests will take 1-3 days to be recognized by the system. Once you receive a notification about them on your console, they may be turned in for points.

Lately, there have been no quests on the last day of the monthly cycle. Use this day to turn in any remaining completed quests, or your points will be lost.

So today at morning my quests they appeared and i could turn in previous quests, but now at evening, I turned on my xbox, opened the xbox game pass app, and suddenly the quests vanished again, i dont know what's going on.

It seems like some Game Pass quests are slow to pop. Due to servers being overloaded the priority is turned down now for Game Pass quests.

If I'm not mistaken, the Game Pass quests are still in preview, so there may be so bugs / issues at the moment.

All I know is I've been having issues with that part of the app too. For example, I completed a couple quests, and it shows "Adding your points... This may take a while. Check back later ."

The thing is I've tried to turn in those quests a couple times now. After some time passes, I go back into the app, and it shows those quests need to be claimed again.

Also, this is the first day in a week or so that the Quests are even showing in my app. I was signing in to get the Daily rewards, but they suddenly stopped showing up.

Edit - Finally got them to turn in on the console.

If you check the FAQ on the game pass quest site it mentions you will receive them during the following month. I'm guessing you will most likely get them next week.
