xbox game pass quest prize not being sent

I qualified but didn't get my prize?

Prizes typically don't go out until around 10 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding any major holidays) after the month ends, although the official rules give allow for the prizes to be delivered as late as four weeks after the month ends. If you win
a sweepstakes, you should be contacted through email. Everyone else will get a message from Xbox Live directly to their Gamertag.

NOTE: These messages can and have been sent when you are offline, and don't trigger notifications correctly in such instances. So ensure you manually check your messages from Xbox Live if others have received their prizes but you haven't yet.

Anything else I should know?

Don't bother going for Xbox Quests without an active Gold subscription, or Game Pass Goals without an active Game Pass subscription. The progress during that time won't count, even if you subscribe later. Prizes will only go to people who have an active
Xbox Live account for Quests, or an active Game Pass subscription (trial or paid) for Goals on the last day of the month. If your subscriptions runs out before the end of the month and you don't re-up, you won't get the prize even if you complete the tasks.

Are you posting in regards to March's Xbox Quests? If so, the rewards will be extra entries to win a 24-karat Gold Xbox One X console instead of codes being sent out. This is also the same for April Quests.

In regards to your Xbox Quest progress, when was the first time you saw the ineligible message? Does that message still show on the page?

I misspoke when I said participation prizes. They were called "rewards" for completing the quests. They (the codes) were not actually prize drawings nor were they listed as winnable prizes (as far as I remember) and there was still a grand prize drawing
that you were entered into if you completed the quest. For example, some of the rewards I gotten for completing the quests were codes for GTA5 shark cards, 1 month of game pass, and 1 month of Gold membership.

So my modified question is; did they remove giving rewards for completing the quests? Or is my mystery ineligibility what prevented the rewards for March's quest? or were they delayed to be sent out?

The ineligible message appeared Sunday, April 22nd, when I went to the URL I linked in my first post and then clicked on "check your quest progress here". And I looked again and the message still comes up as ineligible.

You realize nothing you posted helps me right? I'm stuck waiting for Microsoft to "investigate" my rewards.

What is taking so long? By the way because of this I already cancelled Game Pass and won't be renewing.
