Xbox Game Pass promotion

Hello, I tried to sign up for Xbox game pass yesterday (July 31) under the special promotion of $11.99 for 3 months. It is my understanding that yesterday was the last day for this promotion, yet it wouldn’t give me the option to subscribe to this. I’m wondering
if you can help me subscribe to this promotion now.

Unfortunately no one in the forums will be able to assist with it. Typically once a promotion price has ended users have to wait until it's run again.

Xbox Game Pass promotion is available for new subscribers as well as subscribers that have owned the subscription before. The article we provided states, "Not an Xbox Game Pass member? Had Xbox Game Pass and took a break? Now is the time to score the

best deal of the year on Xbox Game Pass." The promotion is not available in all regions. There are some regions which have trade laws that do not allow the sale of promotions that will auto renew with the full price of
a subscription after the promotion ends. An example of this is the trade laws in Quebec, Canada. Which region are you located in? If you are in a region that supports the promotion, we suggest waiting until the free trial has ended. Be sure to let us know
the results!

We suggest reviewing the qualifications to make sure that your account qualifies. If the account does not meet the qualifications necessary to receive the promotion, then this would explain why your account is not being offered the promotional price. Be sure
