Xbox Game Pass promotion AMD does not activate

Hi, I'm afraid there's a problem with the website https://redeem.microsoft.com/?wa=wsignin1.0, it doesn't display a thing.

Whenever I click on "activate my rewards" it redirects me to that website

If you logon to your account on microsoft.com and go into order history does it show the code you have redeemed?

If it doesnt show there try redeeming the code again.

I did that and activated that exact code

So you activated the coupon code from your retailler on the amd website , right ?

Then https://www.amdrewards.com/my-rewards you should see "3 Months to Xbox Game Pass for PC - Microsoft" and the button "activate my rewards" , click on it, you should
see Microsoft website with the gamepass code to redeem , if not still not done, do it, if "already in use" appears, call Xbox live helpdesk with that code cause they have to check it > https://support.xbox.com/contact-us

See if I understand correctly, you bought the gp to buy a product that has promotion for those who have gp? And this product is no longer available? If this is the case probably the promotion is no longer available, now if your gp has not counted in your
account better contact support, go chat is quick and solve your problem quickly
