If you are already a game pass customer, then the promotion is for new customers only. However there is a promotion for existing customers to get 50% off the usual price.

 

Havent received games

Promotion: I think it was 6months of gold plus two games

Date: probably around december/january

Promo Item(s): snoopy fling ace and a lego game

 

I've got the same issue, raised SR 1449498601, waiting on an outcome.

I can also advice you to buy it in another account, and share it with Xbox Home.

This is a joke tbh, this is the "outcome" I received:
