Xbox game pass 'play' button grayed out and not allowing me to play anything.

When I am attempting to play a game, no matter which game, all I get is a greyed out PLAY button that doesn't do anything. I was able to play earlier in the day but after a few hours I tried again and the grey PLAY button appeared. I tried reinstalling the app and nothing. Please help me! I also tried going to xbox.com/play and signing in but the PLAY button was there also. I'm at a loss and need help desperately.

Extra information: I am using an android device along with the backbone I recently purchased.

Cloud gaming was having issues, but according to the status page, it's back up and running. Try restarting the Xbox app, and see if you can start playing now. If you cannot, then restart your device, and try the Xbox app again to see if you can play a game.

Hey! There is currently an outage affecting Xbox Cloud Gaming. You may have trouble starting cloud games or be unexpectedly disconnected from a game after it begins. This is currently being investigated.

UPDATE JANUARY 31ST: In the Game Pass Beta app, some games say "install to" and some games have the "play" button grayed out. For example, "Among Us" and "Football Manager 2022" are labeled "install to", while "Outer Wilds" and "Skyrim Special Edition" have the "play" button grayed out. The regular Game Pass app says "install to" for everything.

UPDATE (JANUARY 26TH): Both Game Pass and Game Pass Beta no longer say "install to", but they all have the "play" button grayed out and unselectable.

no i can't even play online with the game. When I got to online all of the levels are grayed out, I can't select anything
