    Xbox Game Pass PC won't download games


    The Xbox Game Pass app in stuck downloading a gaming. It downloaded 2.3mbs and now is stuck on 0bsps. The internet is working fine. It wont allow me to download any new games at the moment. I have tried restarting the computer, repairing the programme and uninstalling and reinstalling it. I am running Windows 11 Version 22H2. Even if I atttempt to cancel or pause the installation it freezes and I need to close and reopen the app. How do I sort this out because I caan't currently use the app in this state.

    One xbox, 3 persons in a family account (a father with 2 children), 2 PCs and xbox live gold and xbox game pass

    Both of those subscriptions are really for the console only so they won't show on the PC. Gold is not required to play online on the PC and Game Pass is primary for the Xbox One. There are a few Game Pass games that are Play
    Anywhere     games that can be downloaded on the PC as well.

    If you have the Game Pass for PC or the Ultimate Game Pass (which includes PC) then you can download the PC version of the game and continue playing on your account
    If you also own the digital version of the game for Xbox and you are signed in with the same Microsoft account on your PC you can download the game via the Windows 10 Store.

    If you only have the disc version on console then you won't qualify for a free PC copy of the game.

    Game Pass Ultimate includes Gold, Game Pass for Console, and Game Pass for PC. As long as you're signed into the same account on both the PC and Xbox, you would have Game Pass on both.

    You won't be able to access all Xbox games on the PC. Only games that are Play Anywhere or included in Game Pass for PC.

    Game Pass is primarily for the Xbox One. Only games that are on game pass, but are also Play Anywhere titles will work on the PC. So you would have to make sure the game you want to play is on this list - https://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/xbox-play-anywhere?xr=shellnav
    Otherwise, you won't be able to download and play them on the PC without purchasing a PC version of the game if available.
