Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have question on the price of game pass for PC. In US currency the monthly fee is $4.99 for the subscription. If the calculations are correct should be about 26 Rias. Now that you have the subscription
can always go and look ender extend it should give the full price.

I have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. It said it comes with access to Game Pass for PC. It was the promotional $1.00 price.

Usually you'll use the Xbox app. The games given there are for PC Game Pass. If a game is not included with Game Pass, it'll have a price listed rather than "included with Game Pass".
