Hello i have reset windows store but i can't reformat my hard drive because it's a 12TO and can't backup, it's possible my drive is broken but the game run fine on the drive C now .

I installed Medieval Dynasty on four different computers running Windows 10/11 and I could not reproduce your specific issue as the game launched fine on my end. Let me suggest some other things we can do to try and fix this problem.

Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files If some Windows functions aren't working or Windows crashes, use the System File Checker to scan Windows and restore your files. Sometimes corrupted files can cause issues.

Reset Windows 10 store & Xbox app

1. Open Settings.

2. Go to Apps -> Apps & features.

3. On the right side, look for Microsoft Store/Xbox App and click it.

4. The advanced options link will appear. Click it

5. Next, click on the Reset button to reset Microsoft Store/Xbox App to default setting

Format Secondary drive

Formatting to NTFS is also required for backing up games and captures on external storage devices connected to Windows PCs. IF you are trying to install on another drive, please make sure the hard drive is formatted correctly.

Solution 1: Try reinstalling the Gaming Services package on your Windows 10 device:

1. Right-click the Start button in the lower-left corner of the main screen, and then select Windows PowerShell (Admin).
   
2. In the Administrator: Windows PowerShell screen, type the following command and press Enter:
   
3. Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers
   

Solution 2: Error 0x8007139F or 0x00000001 occurs when you try to install, update, or launch a game on a Windows 10 device

When you try to install, update, or launch an Xbox Game Pass game on your Windows 10 device, you’re redirected to the Microsoft Store page for Gaming Services. When you try to install or update Gaming Services, you see the following error code and message.

Solution 3: Play games offline on Windows 10 using Offline mode; this error could also be attributed to issues with the Microsoft store not recognizing your entitlement to the game. Then scroll down and click on the drop-down arrow and look at the steps for How to enable offline play on your device
