Xbox Game Pass PC I can't install games (error:0x00000001)

When i try to install games on Game Pass an error occur and says error code: 0x00000001.This problem started 2 days ago(April 8). I tried so many things to solve it that I can't even remember how many things I tried. First i thought it was an error that all Game Pass games have. But today I tried something again and then I tried to download Astroneer and there was no problem but i don't wanna install Astroneer so i canceled it. Then I tried to install Sea Of Thieves but guess what? Same error massage occurred. Then I try to install Astroneer again and yes, it was downloading with no problem. Then I think to myself "I guess I can't download larger games." . Then I try to install Among Us which is 250 MB or something. And 0x00000001 occurred again. So my hypothesis was wrong. I contacted xbox live support twice but they couldn't help me. What Should I do now? And if nothing can fix this issue how can i get my money back?

I can't install both AoE IV and Forza Horizon 5 through Game Pass 0x00000001 error message. I tried everything, including a fresh install of Windows 11, but I still have this issue.

I've done the above process and tried to install minecraft with the same Error 0% View Progress. Any suggestions?

Hello ALL !

I got some good news for you all.

I reset my windows, through the Settings-Update and Security way- choosing to not erase my data : The game doesn't dl...

But ! I combined a tip a friend of mine gave me ( cause he had the same issue, and did this to be able to dl)

After reseting windows :

1) Launch the dl through the Xbox App

2) Immediatly log out your account from the Xbox App

3) Wait a bit, and then reconnect with your account to the Xbox App

It should creates a second game dlable in installer display

I had the same problem. Tried everything, but nothing helped. So I reinstalled but upgraded to windows 11 at the same time. Not gonna be doing this **** again next year. Silver lining or something....

Yeah I tried that aswell, it doesn't matter where I try to install it just won't, it gets to 0% everytime and gives me the error message, in the windows store it doesn't even give me the option where to install, it doesn't even get that far...

I installed it the unconventional way and works like a charm, so now Microsoft has an unhappy customer who also unsuscribed from Xbox game pass.
