Xbox Game Pass PC games stuck at 60fps

Hi there, I recently noticed that all games in my Xbox Game Pass PC library were stuck at 60fps despite having set the in game settings to unlimited or 144fps. Sea of Thieves, Halo, Gears of War you name it, they are all stuck and won't go above 60fps despite
me fiddling with the settings.

My Steam, Epic, Origin and Rockstar games on the other have have no issues at all running at 144fps. It's only the games I play through the Xbox app. I've tried for a fix including disabling Game Bar and what not, but no luck.

So most game pass games have a setting in options by default lock to 60fps have you checked the settings for each game . Also have you turned off vsync?

Is it possible that you have a dual monitor setup?

Also, what graphics card and driver version are you using?

This may be a silly question, but did you turn off Vertical Sync and unlock the frame rate on the games you tried?

I tried the Gears games and could get over 60+ And I achieved over 80 on Forza Horizon 4 @ 4K with the dynamic 'Ultra Preset'
