Xbox game pass on PC won't install games, stays stuck at 0% and doesn't appear to attempt...

Please try this steps

Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type powershell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.

In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.

Restart your device and try to install the game again.

If this doesn't work please, check the Microsoft store app for pending updates as well as Windows update on PC settings

After that process do this

Complete given below directions to reset the Microsoft store, Xbox app and Gaming Services

Step 1: Open the Settings app. This can be done by clicking its icon in the Start menu or simultaneously pressing Windows logo + I.

Step 2: Click the Apps category icon and then click Apps & features to see all installed apps as well as classic desktop programs.

Step 3: Click on the app that you want to reset to see the Advanced options link. Click on the same (advanced options link).

Step 4: Finally, click the small Reset button. When you click the Reset button, you will find a small dialog box with “This will permanently delete the app’s data on this device, including your preferences and sign-in details.” Click the Reset button in the opened dialog box to reset the app.

Step 5: Once the Reset is done, you will see a check sign next to the Reset button. And restart the Pc

Thanks for coming back to me. Still no luck unfortunately, I followed your steps and did every update I could find, but still can't get a game to initiate download.

Don't suppose you have any other suggestions?

Game Pass for PC is correct.

Signed into Xbox (Beta) with my account that has Game Pass for PC.

Signed into Microsoft Store with same account.

Download/install hangs and eventually fails- never passing 0%
