Xbox game pass on pc seems too sketchy

i have read for hours upon hours through solutions for my 60+ to 0mbps xbox game pass downloads witihin seconds ,, , literally 0 ,,, will download a gig in a matter of seconds and itll stagnate to nothing or barely nothing,,, no solutions,, every other app on my pc has extremely stable speeds,, i have gigabit internet,, blows my mind how bad the MICROSOFT xbox app is on MICROSOFT windows,, shouldnt it be better than everything else since its an app that is developed by the very same company that develops the OS im using to use the app ON?!?!!? what?? ,, if anybody has a solution itll be highly appreciated,, nothing that has been posted on this site,, before i posted this will help ,, so dont be like MS and waste more time,, 3 months of me paying almost 20 bucks a month for the privilege of downloading 3 games because it takes eons to do anything on that app,, ive made a ticket for a refund ,, but id like for the app to work so i can actaully be comfotable with losing my money on games./....

Why does it seem a bit sketchy? If it does work how do I transfer it over to the Xbox 360?

Since you weren't too specific, did you purchase Xbox Game Pass, Game Pass for PC, or Game Pass Ultimate?

Hi there,

I just experienced the same issue in the store and was able to fix it it seems.
After the store showed me that I needed to purchase PC game pass, even though I already have Ultimate, which includes PC game pass, I went to the Xbox app, and that showed me there was an issue with my store account. Signing out of the store app and signing in again and receiving an update for the Xbox app, I am able to download Diablo IV without the message I need PC Game pass.
