Xbox Game Pass - not working even if it's automaticly paid

Hello,

Yesterday I noticed that I can't play any of Xbox Game Pass games on my account - I got following error message : "aplikacja halo wars: definitive edition nie jest obecnie dostępna na twoim koncie. dołączamy kod błędu, gdyby był ci potrzebny: 0x803f8001."

I run fix tool , resterted the Microsoft store etc. and nothing worked. I tried to reinstall game but after uninstalling now I can't even install it (no "install" button)

I checked my subscriptions and it looks strange for me that in "order history" I got information that for this month the order is still waiting. I checked my bank account and I got there transaction for game pass this month (automatic payment)

Please help me solve this issue as I can't play any of Xbox Game Pass games now even that I payed for this month what is very dissapointing for me...

I didn't get an Xbox Gold subscribtion

Hi,

I paid for an Xbox Gold automaticly (even if I turned that off). It's not enough that I didn't get the subscribtion, but also I paid for it. Any solutions? (if something wrong, sorry for my grammar)

Bought a game by mistake

Hi there

i'm contacting you because i bought a game by mistake...

I've the xbox game pass, i clicked on a game who is normally free (Deadlight: Director's Cut) but my paypal automaticly paid for it...

SO i've paid 12€ for a game i don't want...

I didn't installed it or played and i would like to know if it's possible to be refund...

You upgraded to game pass ultimate but it didn't work even though you paid for it?

Oh thank, I cancelled the suscription and after I put the gold code, and automaticly they converted my gold pass to ultimate game,,,,

Sounds like a suspended automaticly renewing membership.

Xbox Billing support will be the only ones able to assist in this.

They will need to validate the Pre paid card in their systems before they can allow you to redeem the code.

Give them a call (1-800-4MY-XBOX)

And tell them you wish to change your suspended automaticly renewing subscription to a PPC subscription and they will be able to help you out.

I just did it the simple way, I paid for resi 4 on here using my laptop, and it automaticly gets downloaded to your 360 when your next online.
