Xbox game pass not recognized

Hello,

I purchased my xbox game pass the 6/03/2019, but when i try to go on the Xbox (beta) app, to check the library and install games it says that i need to buy xbox game pass (beta), again.

As you can see:

And when i click on a game to download it :

It appears :

Even when i try to check the games available on the app it says to restart the app and shows an error message with a "no man's land".

Do you have an idea of what i should do ?

(Sorry my app is in french tho, and for the disposition of the topic, didnt find how to place my screenshots correctly).

It now recognizes my game pass and it has also recognized that I have the season pass (not sure if it's because of it being an in-game pass) but this has sorted my problem out.

Ubisoft+ is not part of Game Pass so it won't recognize those games. It will only recognize the game through xCloud if you purchase the game itself.

Hi Nicolas,

It may solve it yes. With the error you are getting it is only recognizing it as a game pass game. It is not recognizing the disk game.

Hello

Cant really tell what your screen shot says since its different language. Its pretty much along the lines of you having to give admin properties to this game. Look at the Metro Exodus pic and its right under in small writing.
