Xbox game pass not accepting payment method

I have a Gaming laptop and I wanted to subscribe to Xbox game pass, everytime I add my card information it is saying that my card info does not match or is invalid. Don't know how else to get it to work, please help

Be sure your ZIP code matches where the card is from. Double check every number. If the problem still occurs I would check with your card provider. If it is a prepaid card; you may have issues adding this to your Microsoft account for payments. You could try to use your card on Amazon to purchase a digital membership card for XBL.. If nothing else works. I hope you resolveyour issues! Sorry if I could not assist you properly.

I'm sorry if im doing this wrong, its my first time posting on this site. But im having the same problem as rLyncher. I havent changed locations since i setup my paypal or xbox live account so all the information is the same for both accounts. I just added
paypal as a payment method and tried to buy a gold membership. But it will not accept when i try to use my paypal purchase anything.
