    Primeiro, eu estou pagando caro pra um serviço que não entrega nem 50% do que promete. Do que adianta eu ter acesso a mais de 100 jogos se demora uma semana pra baixar um jogo de 30Gb????

    Não faz sentido, eu com o meu plano de 200Mb de internet estar baixando qualquer jogo a 0 B/s. Não faz sentido algum.

    Eu estou seriamente pensando em cancelar minha assinatura. Não consigo ir e vir no APP que tudo trava sempre. Ja naveguei pelo Forum e tentei fazer todos os passo a passo disponibilizados, e NENHUM funcinou.

    Eu preferi comprar um jogo de 200 reais na Steam e baixar ele em 30 minutos do que demorar a uma semana que eu levaria pagando 13 reais mensalmente. É incrivél como qualquer plataforma de store online funciona melhor que qualquer plataforma de vocês lastimavél.

    Não sei se é pior eu ainda estar pagando isso ou vocês não estarem fazendo nada pra melhorar a plataforma.

    E outra, eu fui tentar baixar a atualização do Halo e deu erro. Pra eu pausar a instalação eu tive que desisntalar o jogo INTEIRO!! Qual o sentido????? Por que não pausou o processo???? O jogo desinstalou e eu por algum motivo to o dia todo pra baixar!!!!
    Parece que vale mais a pena jogar Destiny mesmo, ta de graça, eu baixei em 1h e funciona melhor na Steam. Eu so queria motivos pra não cancelar minha assinatura mês que vem.

    I don't know if it's worse that I'm still paying for it or you guys aren't doing anything to improve the platform.


    And another, I went to try to download the Halo update and gave error. For me to pause the installation I had to desisntalar the WHOLE game!! What's the point????? Why didn't you stop the suit???? The game uninstalled and I for some reason to all
    day to download!!!! It seems that it is more worth playing Destiny even, ta for free, I downloaded in 1h and works better on Steam. I just wanted reasons not to cancel my subscription next month.]

    Entendo que está tendo problemas de lentidão e instabilidade para baixar jogos no Xbox GamePass Beta PC.

    Antes de começar, um alerta que as orientações a seguir são para Windows 10, e devem ser realizadas com cuidado e atenção, outro detalhe importante: "Sempre mantenha um Backup de seus dados importantes! Antes de realizar
    qualquer alteração ou configuração do seu Windows".

    Explicado isso vamos lá:

    Para tentarmos solucionar esse problema, peço que execute as orientações abaixo, por favor:

    1. Pause e feche o aplicativo XBox Beta ou o aplicativo Windows Store;

    2. Pressione Windows+R para abrir a janela executar e digite o comando

    gpedit.msc

    pressione Enter;

    3. Navegue até Configuração do Computador > Modelos Administrativos> Componentes do Windows > Otimização de Entrega

    Várias políticas estão listadas na Otimização de Entrega.
    A principal delas é a do Modo download, que determina se a Otimização de Entrega está ativada e como ela está sendo usada.

    4. Clique duas vezes em "Modo de Download", então marque a opção "Ativar/Enable" e abaixo selecione na lista de drop-down "Modo de download: Internet (3)" e clique em APLICAR > OK.

    Verifique se o problema foi solucionado.
