Xbox game pass missions doesn't appear

Hello everyone

I'm having a problem acessing my missions on xbox game pass, on console and mobile.

Both apps they don't appear, i have reseted my console many times, changed the account many time and nothing works.

I opened many tickets on the rewards and they don't answer, not a single time had i received a feedback.

Can anyone help me with this issue?

Thank you for letting us know the result of the troubleshooting steps we have provided that made us identify what is causing the issue on your end. You have made the right step to contact your internet service provider regarding with your NAT type result because we cannot do much better than what your internet service provider can do with the configuration of your Wifi router to resolve the issue with your NAT type. Until we cannot achieve an open NAT type or moderate NAT type with your internet connection, we cannot proceed to further investigating the issue.

It appears that the issue seems to be related to the change in network hardware and there could be something blocking the Xbox services. This would mean that something on the internet provider's end is blocking the use of the application. In this regard, we highly suggest reaching out to your internet service provider and there is so much that they can do to resolve this issue.

We have identified what is causing the issue why the Xbox Game Pass Quest is not showing in your Xbox console due to changes with your network provider. After updating your Console connection, let us perform test network connection to see if there are errors related to your Network Address Translation (NAT type). For your reference on how to update console's location, see:

Here are the steps on how to perform Test network connection:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings.
Select Test network connection.

If the connection test is successful, your console will connect to the Xbox network. If the connection test is not successful, select the appropriate error message on this page to troubleshoot the connection error. To troubleshoot issues related to NAT type, see the link below:
