    Xbox Game Pass Man of Medan coop bug


    The game The Dark Pictures Anthology: Man Of Medan has a bug where you can not play online cooperative if your gamertag has any number or special character on it. As this problem can not be solved by Microsoft, I request a free change of gamertag for me
    and my friend, as we are changing our gamertag for the purpose of just playing this game.

    If there is another way to solve this problem I will be grateful to explore other options.

    Clean your console's MAC, restart your internet devices for a few minutes, and try again. I recommend that your friend do the same too.

    To clean the MAC follow this path

    Settings>general>network settings>advanced settings>alternative MAC address and click clear and restart the console when prompted.
