    Hi all,

    I'm a Game Pass subscriber and very happy with the service in general. However, there's one bugbear that I can't understand and there seems to be many variations of the issue listed on the forum going back several months, but with no solution that works for me.

    Basically, when I click a game title on the Game Pass Library site you get taken to the Microsoft store page for that title. Then, when I click "Install on my devices" I'm presented with an outdated list of my devices. The list contains a laptop that I haven't had for months and has been removed from my account. It also doesn't list my Series X console which I added around 6 weeks ago.

    However, when I go to the Microsoft Account / Devices page, the list is up to date. This is baffling, why on Earth would you store this list in multiple places and (in this instance) incorrectly in one of them? I get that some data would be cached in places but this has been for months.

    The issue is quite annoying. I have slow broadband so it's nice to be able to push an install to my Xbox while I'm working and generally it'll be downloaded by the time I get home. However, since this issue has appeared, I have to wait until the evening, boot the console. Then leave it installing until after I go to bed.

    Can anyone here confirm if MS have acknowledged the issue or given timescales on when to expect a fix?

    You mentioned PC game pass, this has different games to Xbox One game pass. If you download the Xbox Game Pass app on your mobile device, it will show both Xbox on listings and PC listings.
