Game Pass Ultimate is not available in Malaysia. So there's no way you'd be able to redeem that offer. There's no way to change that offer to give PC Game Pass as an alternate.

Thanks for coming to the forums. It is most likely related to region. The game is not available in your region. This is the most common reason if it is not showing in your region but does in other regions. As it does show available on the

US site. Here is the
Portugal site and the game does not show there either. This is definitely a region issue that it isn't available in specific regions.

Lithuania is not supported by Xbox so Game Pass Ultimate is not available in your region.

yeah i had the same problem for like months and it was just my region set to whole another country and i set it on the us and it worked,

go to settings then (time and language) set time automatic and the same with timezone then look top left

(Date and time and regional) 100% its not set on your country so set it on the us and it will work
