xbox game pass is not available in my region, even though in the official website says it is

i've recently aquired game pass for the first time, and i've installedsome games like normal, even tho when i installed the xbox app the alert was there too, but i didn't mind it too much.

now the problem arrives when in a call with a friend i noticed a lot of other glitches and problems; including but not limited to some games that are normally accessible for him are also not available for me, as well as supposedly, the gamepass, and the problem comes because we both live in the exact same region.

i have also tried using a VPN to check if regions had some kind of subregions assigned by microsoft, but even so it didn't work on any vpn

There's been no official word on if/when Game Pass will extend to other regions. You can find a list of regions it is available in in the Game Pass FAQ.

There is actually an issue with the app, it shows all available games even if there are regional restrictions in place and usually let you also download them. When you try to launch the game you get an error though because of that. I usually check the
store in my region to see if it is actually available in such cases (sometimes it is even in the store but not available through the pass, like "The Messenger" in Italy for example).

It now says pre-order is not available, and even the official Destiny website says it's "SOLD OUT". How is this possible for DLC? Or is it an error?
