BUNU ÖDEMEYECEĞİM lutfel bir Microsoft yetkilisinin yardimci olmasini istiyorum.

So I want to cancel my GamePass but I can't due it cuz it asks me for 59Turkish liras which i dont want to buy. I can't delete my card too.

Would you mind explaining what it is that you would like help with? Are you trying to cancel your Game Pass subscription or are you requesting a refund for a Game Pass subscription that was canceled?

Give us some more information so we can guide you in the right direction.

Hello Emir,

Your best option is to request a call back and speak with a support agent.

When you go to
Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see more options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options
Step 4 ----select request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
