Bahar indirimlerinde Game pass uygulamasının 3 ay için 5.90 olduğunu gördüm. Alacaktım yanlışlıkla 14 günlük deneme seçeneğine tıkladım. İptal edip 3 ay 5.90 almak istiyorum ama deneme sürümünü iptal edemiyorum. Yardım edebilir misiniz ?

-[Translation - At spring discounts, I saw that the Game pass was 5.90 for 3 months. I accidentally clicked on the 14-day trial option. I want to cancel and get 3 months 5.90, but I can't cancel the trial version. Can you help me?]

Ben kod ile satın almadım. 2 seçenek çıktı karşıma. Birincisinde 14 gün deneme ikincisinde 3 ay 5.90 çıkıyordu. Yanlışlıkla denemeye bastım. İptal edip alamıyorum. Sizin yönelttiğiniz yollarıda denedim.

[Translation - I did not buy with the code. I have 2 choices. The first one was 14 days and the second one was 5.90 for 3 months. I accidentally tried. I can't cancel. I've tried your ways.]

    Hi Eray,

Thanks for your update. Are you receiving any error messages when attempting to purchase the 3 Month Xbox Game Pass subscription? You may want to attempt purchasing this special on the

Xbox online store instead of the Xbox One console. If the store does not allow you to finalize the purchase, you will have to wait for the trial to end on your account.

    Please keep us updated.
