Xbox Game Pass - inability to make purchase.

The past two days, I have not been able to access Game Pass. I have a subscription but i keep getting a notification that my trial has ended. But, i had purchased a subscription. Either way, when o tey to purchase another, I get a notification that theres
an issue on their end. Eveey time that i try, i get the same result.

Anyone else having this problem?

Thanks for coming to the forums. There has been an issue of subscriptions renewing but not showing that hey have been. We recommend that you request a call from support. They will be able to assist you in this issue.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

I do not have another PC with which to try to use Minecraft. Are you suggesting that my inability to download and install the game from the Microsoft Store is related to my live account? I should add that I tested the ability to make a purchase through the Microsoft store, and I was able to purchase the Game Pass for a discounted rate. Purchasing something seems to work just fine.

To Hass - I have the Steam version and it is from within that AOEO game that I try to purchase EP. But, the inability to purchase points is really just a manifestation of my inability to successfully enter my credit card info at the XBox Live site. (I aready
have 2400 points in that account.)

Have you tried to purchase it thru the Game Pass website?
https://www.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-game-pass . Just make sure you use your main account to make the purchase.
