Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have a question on a refund. The money can take up to 72 hours for it to return. It isn't automatically. We recommend waiting 3 days then if not there by then come back and let us know.

Did you use currency ? Or cc ?

If currenxy then yes it shpuld be deposited within 72 hours

HOWEVER If debit or creditcard that is dependent on your bank and where you are in the world compared to the US

It can take upto 30 days for banks to handle international transactions due to them doing them in LARGE Batches they dont do one card at a time thats a waste of productivity they do thousands and feed it into thr mainframe

90days if you used paypal

xbox.com/refund or contact support for more assistance if that site is not available to you
