Xbox game pass I canceled for March but still got billed? Refund please

This forum is not the place to ask for a refund as Microsoft support staff do not use or monitor it - you must use the online refund form. Please note that there are restrictions and not all refunds are possible.

Request a Refund through the link provided. Just know that you will also have to

cancel the subscription itself which you can do by following this link. If you cancel your subscription and request a refund, you will only be refunded for the $1 upgrade and not any other additional time that was converted from prior Xbox Live Gold or
Xbox Game Pass subscriptions. For more info on how the Game Pass Ultimate works please view the

Unfortunately, swapping a Game Pass for Console subscription for Game Pass Core is not possible. In this case, I'd suggest:

A) Upgrade to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate (Game Pass Core is included in this plan). You will be charged for the first month of Game Pass Ultimate but the remaining time on your Game Pass for Console subscription will be converted to Game Pass Ultimate at a 4:3 ratio.

B) Cancel your subscription to Xbox Game Pass for Console and then subscribe to Game Pass Core. If you just paid for this subscription, there's a good chance you are eligible for a refund.
