Discus and support Xbox Game Pass games not launching, please help. in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I tried launching Gears 5 today after gaming all day on Steam, It did not launch.     Xbox Game Pass games not launching, please help.


    I tried launching Gears 5 today after gaming all day on Steam, It did not launch. So i tried launching 2 other game pass games and they didn't launch either. I checked to see if i could launch, Steam, Origin,
    Battlenet, Uplay games. No problems whatso ever. I checked to see if there was a windows update, there was one i installed it and restarded my PC. Didnt help. I figured i would try and re-install the Xbox app. i deleted it and when i tried installing it again
    It said : Error 0x80246019

    The Xbox app cannot be installed... I have game pass ultimate and i dropped 40 dollars into gears 5 would suck if i cant play anymore. And im sorry i posted this here there is literally no info on this error
    code and Microsoft support is a joke. What can i do? I restarted my PC multiple times already

    EDIT : Is resetting my PC an option, if not i will take my loss and cancel my subscription and move onto other games.

    I have been trying a million things I even reinstalled my entire computer with fresh W11 and still had the same issues. This FIXED the issues on my PC. Thx a bunch.

    I had the same problem and can confirm the problem is windows date and time. Go to date and time settings and uncheck "Set the time automatically" , then manually set the time to the correct time. All my games work now. Really weird issue :)
