XBox Game Pass Games nicht erhältlich / Win10 (XBox Game Pass Games Not Available/ PC Win10 )

und zwar möchte ich gern mein Problem schildern. Ich hab mir jetzt vor wenigen Tagen den XBox Game Pass für die 14-tägige kostenlose Testversion gekauft und hatte eigentlich vor einige Spiele damit mal zu testen, wie zum Beispiel: Forza Horizon 4 oder Hello
Neighbor. Nun bei Forza Horizon 4 hatte ich lediglich gar keine Probleme, sowohl nicht bei der Installation, als auch nicht bei dem Spiel selbst.

Nun komme ich zu Hello Neighbor. Zunächst sind diese Spiele, wie schon erwähnt, für den XBox Game Pass erhältlich, aber dennoch ist es mir nicht möglich Hello Neighbor oder sogar viele weitere Spiele zu installieren. Die Begründung bzw. weshalb es nicht
funktioniert ist, dass kein geeignetes Gerät verknüpft sein soll. Anstelle "Installieren", steht jedoch "Auf meinen Geräten installieren". Ich habe mich sehr intensiv mit dem Problem auseinander gesetzt, bin schließlich noch auf keine Lösung gestoßen. Bitte
dringend um Hilfe, da meine 14-Tage Testversion nun bald ausläuft!
