xbox game pass game stuck or black screen in the loading screen

hello i just install deep rock galaxie and carrion on the game pass ultimate and normaly it ask me to connect true a pup up and now i dont see any it doesn't pup up or show at all so it won't let me play i try all the trubleshooting there is on the internet

like unintall the game and the xbox app

do update on windows and xbox

clear the cash on the windows store and it still dont work

My game won't load at all. I end up at a black screen and if I try to turn my xbox on with the game in tray, it gets stuck at the 360 logo intro screen. Defective copy?

Hey there, Naatiry!

I had this same issue. My fix was to reset my password, remove my console from my account, then re-add it.

I'm not a pro, but I hope my fix works for your system as well!

Hello there, does it happen to show you any other kind of message? An error code of any kind, or anything else?

And I understand that you're installing this and connecting from a Windows PC--have you recently installed any other software or made other changes to the computer?

Also, please take a moment to confirm that you are logged in to the Xbox application with the correct account.

Thanks for the assistance. The game does not load. It freezes on a black screen amd then gets stuck on the first loading screeb. Never opens the game
