Xbox game pass game says trial ended but still have subscription

Hello, did you check the end date of your subscription? If it is still valid, try restarting your console or making a clear cache.

For an Xbox One remains pressed the ignition button on the front of your console for 10 seconds, wait 30 seconds, restart the console.

It sounds like you're seeing that message because you're cancelling a free trial for Xbox Game Pass that runs until April 2. If you have already turned off auto-renew, you won't be charged for a full subscription of Xbox Game Pass once your trial ends.

However, if you sign into your account and visit the Services & Subscriptions page you may still be able to cancel that trial there.

Gold trials can only be used if you're not currently on a gold subscription. So if you're still on a subscription, it won't work.

The game pass trial is only for accounts that have never used game pass.

Your friend can get a free Xbox Game Pass trial (a month I believe) in which they can play with you. However, after the trial ends he will need to purchase the game or continue a game pass subscription to continue playing it.
