XBOX game pass game save location issue ?

Hi guys, I just found out that the selection for the storage of the game is not working properly. By standard it is set to C drive, I changed that to D drive. But it seems like it didn't work. I downloaded some games and they are still stored in the c
drive which should actually not happen right ? Btw why cant I see where exactly the games are stored. Would be helpful if we could see the whole path.

Probably just an issue due to it being in Beta. I'd recommend sending your feedback through the Xbox (Beta) app by clicking on your gamer picture and choosing "Feedback" from the drop down menu.

I was checking the picture, it seems you opened powershell without admin privileges

Ignoring the window color, if you check. It's saying "PS C:/Windows/system32"

Try again but double check this, you can open powershell as administrator too pressing the Windows key and then type powershell > right click on it

I switch all xbox functions to automatic; gaming service was already set to automatic.
I restarted my PC and i am atleast logged into the xbox app now, but it still gets an error downloading. It doesnt get past acquiring license.

If you have installed the game on the C: drive, you should look for the saved data in this path:

C:\Users\[Your Username]\AppData\Local\Packages\[App ID]\LocalCache

Other paths from C: drive are these ones:

C:\Users\[Username]\Saved Games

C:\Users\[Your Username]\AppData\Local

C:\Users\[Your Username]\AppData\roaming

If you installed the game on D: drive or anything different to C:

[Drive where you installed the game]\WpSystem\[Some ID]\AppData\Local\Packages\[App ID]\LocalCache\

It's in some sub folder of LocalCache

Try searching on those paths to see if you are able to find the Phoenix Point game.

That's very strange, buddy could you try creating a new local user on your PC and see if you're able to install and open a new game there?

By the way, if you go to windows settings and go to installed apps, are you able to see the gaming services app?
