Xbox Game Pass Game + Physical Copy w/2 consoles can only play on one

I dont understand. If it is a Physical copy then you have the game on the disc, so you just have to put the game in your console whenever you want to play. If you mean this because of the play anywhere, this only applies with digital copies, so you wont
be able to download the digital copy of halo wars 2 if you have a physical copy. That edition comes with halo wars 1 remaster as digital and halo wars 2 as physical.

Digital is excellent for my options but they should be cheaper than physical. With two XboxOnes in my household and Home Gold...and Family feature, I only need to buy one digital copy of the game. Download on both Xbox's and my kids can play the same game
I'm playing at the same time on both consoles...Offline or online..... so in essence i'm getting two games for the price of one. Can't do this with physical copies of the game.

The physical copy will only work on the console. You would need to purchase it digitally to play on both the console and PC.

Either way you buy it, you'll still have your progress from when you played it on Game Pass.

I'm assuming this is a physical disc copy of the game. If it is, then that is why you do not get a copy on Windows 10. Xbox Play Anywhere is digital download only. If you want to play the game on PC, then you will have to purchase the game from the Microsoft
Store or get game pass for PC to play the game.
