After downloading about 20mb, the download of the game stopped and it was not downloading. With installation issues like these, there could be many factors that could cause a blockage in the installation process. One thing to make sure of is that you are connected to the internet when loading the game. I have encountered this issue in the pass and it was an issue of not being online when loading the game.

Hi there if you are wanting to remote install games on the game pass download the game pass app as the xbox app does not do this. As for it not loading things there are known connection issues that will hopefully resolved soon. Hope you are safe and well

I am currently having same issue attempting to load Halo 5 via game pass.

I have the same issue when trying to load the game from Xbox PC Game pass / I I think it’s a windows 11 issue. I have family members running this on windows 10 with exactly the same hardware setup as me and they have no issues
