Liebe Community,

ich möchte die Beta des XBOX Game Pass für PC testen (1 Euro) welches für mein Land (Österreich) freigeschaltet ist. Ich habe alle Regionen, die mir bekannt sind, auf Österreich geändert/kontrolliert. Ich habe PayPal auch für Österreich hinterlegt. Aber
beim Kauf über Xbox Beta App wird immer Deutschland als Land hergenommen und dort wird eine neue Zahlungsmethode gefordert, mit anschließender Anschriftsabfrage. Da ich keine deutsche Adresse habe, kann ich dies natürlich nicht machen.

Wie kriege ich Xbox Beta App nun dazu, mich als Österreicher zu sehen?

We understand that you're experiencing an issue concerning an inability to complete a purchase for Xbox Game Pass for PC (Beta) due to your country coming up as Germany when checking out even though you are in Austria.

It would be best in this case to check if all locations are producing the same region for your account.

they added it lately in the PC Game Pass Preview. by the way i can buy and download games from microsoft store.

I think you bought the wrong game pass.

You have to buy the "PC Game Pass". NOT the "Xbox game pass".

Thanks for coming to the forums. Currently the game pass for PC is not eligible in El Salvador. Here is the page for the

game pass FAQ. At the bottom there is a question: Is the Xbox game pass for PC available in my market? This will show all countries it is available in.
