Xbox Game Pass Free trial Lie

In Microsoft store, there was a special "free trial xbox game pass" for 14 days, however, Microsoft charges in advance for this!!!

I would assume the charge to be applied after the 14 days an not at the beginning, also the have the trick to renew this automatically.

I double check could not locate a message or legend saying that I will be charged at the beginning.

How can I revert this? and get my money back?

Hi,

I would like to cancel the Xbox Game Pass free trial 14 days.

I stopped the automatic renew option but I cant cancel the Xbox Game pass 14 days free trial.

I cant find the Xbox Game Pass cancel option.

Please help

1 month xbox live gold trial expired after 1 day

I just got my 1-month free trial yesterday. After getting free trial for music pass and downloading 1 free games, i tried to cacel auto renewal. After that, i dont see my free trial anymore. The free trial for music pass still appears. Can sb help me?

hi, when you say that the game pass and gold have expired when you received your Xbox One, are you referring to the free trials?

have you ever used a free trial for Gold or Game Pass on your account before?
